90-Days Return / Exchange Policy

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date of purchase. Return & Exchange Conditions
1. When you decide to return a product, first of all, please be sure to contact our professional customer service team. Our customer service staff will provide you with detailed return process guidance and help you submit a return application. After submitting the application, our team will review and give the corresponding approval result as soon as possible.
Important Tips: We attach great importance to the standardization and rigor of the return process. Therefore, we will not accept any items that are returned without our authorization. This is not only to protect the rights and interests of both of us, but also to ensure the smooth progress of the return process.
2. Please pay special attention to the fact that the return and exchange period is set to 90 days from the date of your purchase. This means that if you want to return or exchange the product, you must complete the relevant operations within 90 days of purchase. We will not be able to accept return or exchange requests that exceed this period.
3. We require that all returned items must be in a new and unused state. This means that there must be no scratches or signs of wear on the items, and the size must not be adjusted or altered in any way. We hope that you will keep the goods properly after receiving them to ensure that they meet our requirements when returning them.
4. We will not cover the return shipping costs, The return shipping fee is $10 and you will have to pay for it yourself.
Non-Refundable Items
1. It is strongly recommended that you avoid any corrosive substances or chemicals when using the product. These substances are extremely destructive and can quickly change the appearance and texture of the product. In particular, liquid silver polish, chemicals in swimming pool water, hot tubs and spas can cause irreversible damage to the product. In particular, the oxidized silver part is very susceptible to damage once it comes into contact with such substances due to its special chemical properties.
2. We understand that during the use of the product, it is inevitable that misuse, improper operation or poor maintenance will occur. However, these human factors often cause product damage and affect the use effect. Therefore, we recommend that you use the product in accordance with the instructions or professional guidance to avoid unnecessary losses.
3. For personalized products, we have a more stringent return policy. Because these products are custom made to your specific needs, we will not accept returns unless the image of the product is significantly different from the photo you provided us (please refer to our 90-day return/exchange policy for details). This policy is designed to protect our custom service and ensure that every customer receives a satisfactory product.
4. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of purchase and shall not exceed 90 days.

Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions. (About 5-7 business days)

Refunds
Once our Customer Service has approved your request, the returns will be processed within 1-3 working days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account (About 5-7 working days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
Note: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Debit or Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Shipping Fee Refunds
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
For products that are not damaged but the customer wants to return, you can first contact our customer service to apply for a refund. We receive the product without damage and will arrange a refund for you within two to three working days. (Note: that the shipping cost for this process is borne by the customer)
Persofect will reimburse customer US$10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:
1. Customers received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Persofect reserves the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.
2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
